1-2 week turnaround time
A booking fee of $150 is required to secure your session date and is deducted from the total package price. As this reserves your time and results in turning away other enquiries, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Session dates are not held until the booking fee has been paid. If the booking fee is not received within 5 days of your shoot agreement and invoice being issued, the session time may be released and made available for other bookings.
Please note: Studio hire is not included in package pricing and is booked separately. I’m happy to assist with coordinating studio hire once your booking fee has been received. Studio time must cover the full session window, including lighting setup and pack down.

What’s included?
Hair and makeup are not included, but I’ m happy to recommend trusted professionals. I can assist with coordinating bookings once your session has been confirmed with a booking fee.

Session dates are confirmed once your booking fee has been paid. If the booking fee is not received within 5 days of your invoice being issued, the session time may be released and made available to other clients. Studio bookings are arranged after confirmation and are subject to availability.
How many images will I receive in my gallery?

After your session, I’ll provide a curated proof gallery so you can select your included images. The number of final edited images depends on your package, with the option to purchase additional images if you’d like a larger selection.
How soon can I expect the images?

Your gallery will be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after selects have been made, depending on the level of retouching required and current studio workload. This timeline includes colour grading and basic retouching. If you need faster delivery, let me know - rush fees may apply.
Of course! You are welcome to bring along a friend, partner, or family member to help you feel more comfortable during the shoot, as long as they do not interfere with the session.

To get the most out of your session, ensure you arrive well-rested and hydrated. Bring any specific ideas, poses, or inspiration you’d like to incorporate. Clean, wrinkle-free clothing and well-maintained accessories can also enhance your portraits. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to ask me during the planning phase.
The number of outfits depends on your session length. As a guide, I usually recommend planning up to 2-3 concepts per session so we can create a strong, curated set of final images rather than rushing through too many changes.

If your shoot is outdoors and the weather isn’t suitable, we’ll reschedule to the next available date that works for both of us.
Do you provide guidance on posing?

Absolutely! I’ll guide you throughout the session to ensure you feel confident and comfortable. Together, we’ll create flattering poses that highlight your best angles and expressions.
Can I purchase additional images after the shoot?

Yes! When selecting your images, if you find there are more photos than your package includes, you’re welcome to purchase additional images at $25 per image. Bundle pricing is available when selecting multiple additional images, so if you’re choosing a larger set I’ll make sure the best value option is applied for you.
What’s your cancellation and rescheduling process?

I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate a reschedule and find an alternative date for your session where possible.
If you need to cancel your session entirely, please note that booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your session time and I may have declined other enquiries for that date.
If studio hire has been arranged, studio cancellation policies will also apply.
Open and prompt communication always helps minimise inconvenience for everyone involved. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Raw files are not provided as they represent unfinished work. In rare cases where raw files are required for specific commercial workflows, this can be discussed prior to booking and additional licensing fees apply.

After the shoot, I will carefully review and remove any unusable images to ensure only the best shots are included. I will then send you a curated online gallery where you can select the number of images included in your package to be professionally edited. If you’d like additional images edited, you’ll have the option to select those as well for an additional fee.
